What works in the workplace should also work at home and in the neighborhood. Should also work at the grocery store. Should also work on the court or field. Or in the classroom. It should work anywhere we have to deal with other people.

This is more than a meme. More than a clip from an echo chamber. More than just skin deep, and will require some attention. However, I challenge you to listen. I think those of us who make the time to listen to such talks will be able to get something out of them.
